[2019] Love the customer service

I was predictably having problems with obtaining my "Last Tiger" skin after finishing the challenges and getting all the letters and a reddit user kindly linked me to ea teck support (not sure what to call it) and a lovely lady anwsered and asked me a few question and in just 12 minutes i had obtained my skin and i thanked her. Nothing too special just wanted to comment on single handedly my greatest experience with and kind of support that companies offer
