[2019] Have DICE ever considered listening to Hero balance feedback from the more experienced/knowledgeable players?

With how questionable Hero balance is at the moment (primarily in HvV/HS), I feel like the team would benefit alot from definitive and informed feedback for all the Heroes and the state of HvV/HS from an almost unanimous voice - as most of the top players are pretty much in agreement as to what needs to be done, generally and on an individual basis for each Hero.

As opposed to a more broad audience with varying degrees of experience, which would perhaps be providing conflicting or incorrect feedback on certain aspects of Hero balance to the team - leading to the mess we have now. Like some people believing Boba and Vader are balanced, or neglecting heroes like Lando and Leia etc.
