[2020] Problem with unlocking the reduced recoil mod for the E11-D

I’m on Xbox One for reference. This issue occurred when the new guns where released in the previous update. I have completed the required number of kills to unlock the reduced recoil mod (the first mod) for the E11-D, yet it never appeared in crates for me. The bar is completely filled when I look at the achievements, but it’s just locked, I can’t unlock it let alone equip it. I’ve unlocked and equipped the other two mods for the E11-D no problem, it’s just the first one that remains inaccessible.

Yes, not very active at the moment as I recently got out of Hospital two days ago. I am partially around where and when I can be. May be back more next week pending on how i feel and chats with bossman :)

In regards to the subject at hand, please send me a private message with your platform, the username for that platform and the milestone you're having a issue with.

Worth also noting that when this issue was first reported I had assisted the WWCE team and they should now be able to fix it via live support.
