[2019] Can events be community voted

No offence but i think forced events should be decided by the players not devs, i dont think that in 100 votes a “all reinforcements are dirt cheap” event would ever get voted, sh*t is so garbage playing against non stop b2 troopers flame troopers and wookies. They are such low skill units and yet its all we play against during this event that NO ONE asked for.

I understand a heroes event because it allows lower skill players to play heroes on GA etc but what is the point in this event?
