I don’t think we wanted him to be OP as much as we wanted him to be powerful, perhaps even powerful enough to tip the scales out of “villains win most of the time” territory.
It's more this. Is less about being OP and more about feeling like Anakin. He had to feel powerful. We just tipped the scales a bit too far.
I don't think we'll ever be in a position where we can say "the game is fully balanced", but we'll keep going and making changes.
