[2019] We may as well rename this star card to "Repulsive Cannon" because it's the most OP weapon in the game. Perks: has a 10% chance to work,guaranteed death (for you), broken for 1 year, long cooldown.

Just heard from QA that we have this fixed for the next update.

QA doesn't fix bugs, it's not their job. Common misconception that most people have.
