[2023] Below Radar Affecting Jets 3.2.1

Good question, I am not too sure about this either. Passing it on to the teams in the hope that we can get some clarification on this.

 

It could also be that they mean that the adjusted Height Limit is not for the Jets.

Update: "Below Radar" is for all aircraft, including Jets. It's the Height Limit that got introduced with 3.2.0 that is not applicable to Jets but only to Helicopters.
