As stated above; Unfortunately, Support is unable to transfer Apex Legends (or any in-game currencies for that matter) from one account to the other.

Unfortunately, Support is unable to transfer Apex Legends (or any in-game currencies for that matter) from one account to the other.

Unfortunately, Apex Legends does not support cross-platform progression. This means that the progress will not be carried over or synced between platforms.

Hey @Tommyfare, just to give you an example; when you purchase a car at a car dealership, and you don't like it, where do you go to? The car manufacturer, or the dealership?

Unfortunately, we are unable to help with refund requests here via the forums in general, and I am afraid that (live) support is also unable to help with refund requests regarding purchases that have been made via platforms other than PC Origin/EA app.

If you would like to check if you're eligible for a refund of your purchase, the best thing you can do is to get in touch with the retailer where you made the purchase to check their refund policy.

Unfortunately, we can't help with any refund requests here via the forums. 

 

If you would like to check if you're eligible for a refund of your purchase, you have to reach out to the store where you bought it from.

 

In the case of Battlefield 2042, this can be Origin, Steam, Epic, the Xbox Store or PlayStation Store or another third party retailer etc.

Unfortunately it's not known yet if it will be possible in the future to get the weekly rewards again like it was a later introduced option in BFV. However, I've seen more posts regarding this. It's good feedback indeed and I've passed it on to the teams.

I can see from the DxDiag that your PC does not meet the minimum requirements to run the game, which could result in the issues that you're experiencing. Even though all of the other missions might have worked before, it doesn't have to mean that the game will keep working for you, unfortunately.
