[2019] June 385 Chrome Jaguar error code happening constantly in Multiplayer. Help.

This has been happening on numerous occasions in multiplayer. About a dozen times so far in the last few days and the amount of XP I've lost is very frustrating. It happens almost every single time I pick up a weapon from the ground, most notably the Reaver C86 Crossbow.
