We are actively investigating this and have a few fixes in the pipe.

Edit: Will also pass the video along to our enforcement team.

What are you gonna do to fix these garbage mtx

I don't have anything to share about the feedback I have seen at this moment, but I have passed it on as I do most other items.

Are you a developer? Community manager?

Surely you aren't the only one from Treyarch patrolling reddit are you? Does the entire company aside from you actually bury their head in the sand when it comes to people yelling on social media and other platforms about how terrible the reserve system is? About how scummy putting NON-cosmetic items in RNG loot crates is?

I am neither of those officially. Below is what I have placed into my Reddit profile.

Treyarch Comms. Team member. Poster of Posts. Tweeter of Tweets. Unable to make decisions or promise fixes, but can pass along feedback and reports. Tangerine is best cat. PTFO, GLFH, PCMR, & YTYL.

Other Questions: I personally patrol Reddit often and others do too. I understand the feedback that is being shared but as I said above, don't have anything to share about it.

This person can't actively fix them, and being a douche towards Foxhound or Treyarch_Official isn't going to help anything; it's a wonder they show up here at all.

They can say "The reddit community doesn't like X about the game" to their manager, then their manager goes to a meeting with the devs and passes that info along, but the devs are ultimately beholden to what Activision expects the game to do profit-wise.

I appreciate you advising your fellow community members to take a less hostile approach when possible. It's understandable that passion can create a variety of responses, but hostility tends to close conversation opportunities rather than open them.

That said, Jelly King reached out to me privately to apologize. It was a very awesome gesture and I appreciated it very much.
