(please note: this is slightly ranty and also explains some issues, and maybe Treyarch will do something, idk.)

I've seen on multiple Nvidia forum posts that people running their cards are having severe performance issues in Cold War, but not any other game. This isn't an isolated incident, sadly.

The main issue, apart from lower frames than it should be, is that performance doesn't change, regardless of graphics settings. Even changing resolution doesn't fix it, or playing in windowed mode.

I've tried reinstalling GPU drivers, updating them, every Windows tweak I can think of, and even reinstalling Windows itself, and the problem persists. I'm about fed up with this, and it severely needs to be addressed. I'm tempted to refund the game at this point, but I'm holding out in case they fix it, because the game itself is fun, but this problem is massive, especially with someone like me running an RTX 2070 Super in their build.

Treyarch, if you're reading this, give me a glimmer of hope. Fix this damn issue. I may not play the game until it's resolved, which is a shame, because this game has so much potential.

OP, the best avenue to share this information with is our Player Support teams who can help collate the information to the correct teams. Sharing example threads with them from the Nvidia forums will likely help as well with this particular issue.
