As per the votation I held a couple of days ago, it is clear we would like to sacrifice Cartel and get back Amerika in the 6v6 rotation (considering the technical limitations mentioned by u/TreyarchCM). We seem to agree Cartel is a map that benefits more from the 12v12 layout, whilst Amerika is a beloved map that would be well received, along with the long-missed Satellite and Armada (for whose return I, personally, u/TreyarchCM, am very grateful), in the 6v6 format.

Miami OG would also benefit from the 12v12 instead of Miami Strike, which is working well in the 6v6 playlist. Since Miami OG is only available in the comatose Combined Arms, it is not longer realistically possible to play it, and it is a map that defined the game back in the beta.

TL;DR: u/TreyarchCM, could you please give us back Amerika in exchange of Cartel, and collaterally move Miami OG to the 12vs12 playlist so we veteran geezers of this game can play it again? Please note these are not demands, but rather petitions from people that actually like a game that got lots of hate at the beginning, and which has proved to age well (at least I think so).

Any other suggestions welcome.

See you at attempt #2

Yeah! I saw it and upvoted, you have my full support. I already tried this stunt with Armada and Satellite and they seemed to listen. I'm happy to see more people want to change this game for the better. Let's keep trying!

Hey there! We can certainly note the feedback, but we don't have any timelines to share as to when to expect the next map pool update. The most recent change came from several reports collected over the past few months regarding requests for the most recent update. Sharing map pool requests is totally okay, but a single Reddit petition didn't cause the change. So while we expect that understanding is already known, we wanted to share it with all passersby.

Make sure you're staying within this subreddit's guidelines regarding frequency and such. :)
