Hey there, Minfas! The reason behind that may be some kind of a Third party software ( like boosting apps that improve performance) that you have installed and is interfering with the game, as well as not accepting the ACE agreement in the beginning of the game. Luckily, you are not really banned, it is just the game that detects that and disconnects you automatically.

If you don't want to appear "online" I advise you to Launch Steam and click on "Friends" at the top of the window if you're on PC, select "Offline" in the drop-down menu.
Your profile should now appear offline to your Steam friends.

Hi Zeus!

In case you have not tried to put -dx11 under the Launch Options, you may try it.
Right click the game on steam library, go to properties and type -dx11 under the Launch Options, and if you manage to get into the game, disable DX12 in the settings. Even if this does not work, please contact our support through the link below.
