NEW CHROMATIC BRAWLER: Buster
“Buster is the projector guy at Starr Park Cinema who dreams of becoming an action movie himself\"
- Buster’s main attack unleashes a wave of light towards his enemies
- Tank brawler who can protect his teammates
- When he uses his super he creates a wall of light that blocks any incoming projectiles. It can block literally anything that comes to his shield, but it doesn’t prevent attacks from above.
- Single projectile attacks can be reflected by his shield, so it isn’t a good idea to attack him from the front while his shield is on
GEARS
Scraps and Gear tokens will be removed from the game completely:
- Every single scrap and gear, no matter if you have used it or not will be refunded in coins.
- Can now equip all of your new gears as you like
- Getting gears is much more simple - go to any Brawler screen and tap the gear you want if you have enough coins.
- The first equipped gear is still free
- Gears are equipped on a brawler, so if you want the same gear on multiple Brawlers, you will have to buy it for all
- Gear levels are removed, so you get the one you want at it’s maximum power.
- Gears have three rarities: Rare, Super Rare, and Epic.
- Four new gears will be released this update. The new gears and refund will all happen on update day. New gears will be released in upcoming updates
Rare: available for all Brawlers
Super Rare: available for some Brawlers
Epic: Currently available for only one Brawler
REPORT BUTTON
- This is the first version of the report button. It’s used to collect data so that it can help guide the Brawl team in further developing the feature.
- Currently only available in party(?) but there are plans on adding it to more modes as well as improve functionality in future updates

MISC:
- You can use gems to complete whatever you want to get with coins
- Duplicate Brawlers can now be played in friendly matches
- Generic Quests will appear more often, so you can play any Brawler or game mode you want
- Scraps and Gear tokens are gone, but now you get more coins
- Star powers and gadgets can be purchased directly with coins
- Able to play matches against bots with the Brawlers you don’t have
- New giveaway #FrankenGromGiveaway (we will be hosting one here AND on the r/BrawlStars Discord server!)
