I see the same amount of teaming in both modes it has done absolutely nothing to teaming only difference is at 500 - 600 people would team a little not anymore besides that why not punish teaming in showdown + and let showdown players team.

Yeah, it's a meaningful difference. Doesn't mean SD+ doesn't have teaming, but it's significantly lower and we still have potential to tweak. ;)
Yes, indeed! I have noticed much less teaming in Showdown+
But I'm afraid if the team decides to replace regular showdown with Showdown+ permanently, the teamers who are currently playing regular showdown will shift to Showdown+ as well. I hope it doesn't happen but does the team have any plans regarding that?
Way too early for concrete plans. We'll keep watching what's happening and have a bunch of potential ways to further tweak the numbers.
