In addition to all the modes and events listed above, this season has a ton of new content that we will cover below!
Undead Siege
Get your wrench ready because Undead Siege is returning to Call of Duty: Mobile. The hordes are coming to CODM starting on 10/19 (UTC) and running through the end of the season. If you didn’t play Undead Siege when it was last in Call of Duty: Mobile this mode is a unique take on our zombies mode, taking place on a slightly altered Isolated Map, broken up into two cycles – day and night.
During the day players will explore the zombified Isolated looking for areas to loot. The materials you gather during the day will be critical to your ability to survive at night. One quick tip we have is to make sure and grab a vehicle at the start of the day so you are able to explore more area in less time during the day.
When the sun goes down, it’s time to return to your base and get ready to face the hordes. At night players will be able to set up and upgrade defenses (like turrets) around their base to slow down the oncoming zombies. Once your defenses are up, players can either fight the zombies alongside their turrets or work on repairing their base from any damage it might have taken.
And for those who are certified zombie killers, we have added the Nightmare difficulty to Undead Siege.
Halloween Maps
Haunted Hacienda and Halloween Standoff are both returning to Call of Duty: Mobile in Season 9. Both of these maps have gotten full Halloween makeovers in the past, adding pumpkins, ghosts, scarecrows, and everything your Halloween-loving hearts could desire. These two maps will be featured in playlists throughout the season.
New Weapon – CX-9
The CX-9 from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2019 will be coming to Call of Duty: Mobile. The CX-9 is an SMG that – like most SMGS – has a fast fire rate as well as a high maneuverability, making it a great option for players who love playing in the run-and-gun style.
The CX-9 will be available at tier 21 in the free tiers of the Season 9 – Graveyard Shift Battle Pass with an epic version, the Deathly Light, available in tier 50 of the Premium Battle Pass. And... if two versions of the weapon wasn’t enough, we will have a Mythic version of the weapon featured in the Hollow Flight Draw launching 10/7 UTC.
New Perk – Launcher Plus
Available at tier 14 of the Battle Pass is the newest perk coming to Call of Duty: Mobile. If your go-to Secondary weapon is a launcher, then this perk is a necessity for you. The Launcher Plus Perk will give players an added 2 reserve rockets for players to rock enemy players or takedown enemies' scorestreaks. Speaking of scorestreaks, when a player destroys an enemy scorestreak with the Launcher Plus perk active they have a 20% that they will immediately earn that scorestreak.
