My friend and I are playing just after the sorcery update, and certain structures when we place them are invisible, like fountains will be invisible, but you can still see the water. Or foundations all together are invisible, Also certain armor pieces just make us invisible. As well as weapons. Seems to only happen with certain structures too. I think it mostly happens with dlc but not all. Most base game stuff seems to be fine.
