[2021] Xbox Gamepass - Adding mods

Does anyone here know how to add mods from nexus to Conan on Gamepass for PC?

Microsoft's folder it links to splits the game into two folders , each with its own sandbox folder. I have tried creating a mods folder in each. No dice. Would like to be able to add mods :/
