[2021] Can not leave dungeon since the last hotfixes. Loading screen stops at one third completed and freezes.

As the title says. I was doing Warmaker's Sanctuary last night when the fixes dropped wich caused me to freeze/"crash" in the same manner a few times on loading screens. Once I completed it and went to leave it's the same thing everytime. Loading stops and it just sits there until I close it with task manager. I play single player so there are no one I can ask on the server if they have the same issues. I tried using the dungeon door aswell as admin teleport. I let it stay on the loading screen while I was doing some stuff around the house just to see if maybe it would complete in time but after one and a half hour I closed it down.

Anyone else got this or know a fix? Game is effectively unplayable for me at the moment, besides running around in the Warmaker's Sanctuary lol.
