[2021] Failed to Launch, Couldn't start from local file.

Have been playing the last several days since Siptah drop, and even this morning. Updated the game this afternoon and now I'm getting 2 messages that are preventing me from launching the game :

Launch failure : launch from installation directory

Installation directory : "xxxfile location .exe - Create Process Returned 2"

Have tried verifying files several times, uninstalling and reinstalling. Started the game as admin, trying to bypass the funcom launch, nothing seems to be working. Is there something I can do or do I have to wait until this update is unf*cked? Thanks ahead of time.
