[2019] PS4 Bug not showing walls and floor

Hi guys, yesterday me and my friends, while we were playing, we started to lag a lot, then crashed and then, after we logged back in, we weren't able to load walls and floors texture of our house.

This didn't happened to everyone at once, but one by one. We were able to see chests and other stuff inside our house through the walls, and can even walk in like there were no walls, picking up items inside chests and stuff like that...

Was it a server problem? Or is it a known bug?
