[2021] Game Crashing in same location after update

Playing on pc, since today’s update my game constantly crashes in exactly the same area. Because of the crash I died there with full gear and cannot retrieve my items, nor could I get to my Tier 4 Thrall who is now dead.

The place I am trying to get to is Watchers Waystation in coordinate grid i5.

I am playing on an official server and there are no mods. Before the update I could go there fine with no crashes...
