[2020] Walk, run, sprint post-update

Whenever I load a saved game, my character starts out only being able to walk. If I jump or dodge then I'll be able to run again, but won't be able to sprint. Sometimes if I tap the sprint or auto-run button several times then the character starts sprinting constantly until running out of stamina, or I stop moving and keep losing stamina at the same rate until I randomly tap the sprint/auto-run buttons or dodges again. Anyone else experiencing this? I'm pretty new, and didn't see this until buying Isle of Siptah.
