[2021] Thralls getting killed with PVB turned off by other players placing Wall Palisades on them

This would not fall under exploit abuse but rather a possible bug abuse should this behavior (palisades dealing damage outside of raid time) be unintentional.
We’ll relay this matter to the developers so that they can consider it.
