Hi @chesirefae, welcome to the forums, does the issue persist after resetting the console cache or performing a full reinstall?

You may reset the console cache by holding the power button for about 10 seconds until the console powers off, then disconnecting it from the power outlet for a couple of minutes, then try loading into your SP session.

If it does persist, would it be possible to provide short video recordings of the issues mentioned?

Greetings Exiles!

The Hotfix 2.0.3 is here with additional fixes, further improving client stability and addressing some graphical and balancing issues as well. We’ve also tweaked the Surges a bit, as well as the healing potions, as their animation shouldn’t be interrupted by bleeding damage as some of you have reported.

Oh, and our masons have also patched up a hole in the map, all exiles found within are available to be claimed at the nearest lost and found vendor.

Hi @sestus2009, we apologize for the delay in our response.

Does the issue happen consistentely over a specific block type, such as ceiling, stairs, roof, or foundation?

Could you provide a few screenshots of the areas where it has happened, and a few where we can see the scope of the base and area around it, or estimate the amount of building blocks, placeables and light sources used?

Does the issue also manifest if you run around within a small base on an area of the map with few building pieces being loaded?

Lastly, would it be possible to provide a video recording of this issue occurring, as it seems to be happening frequently on your end and might be hard to reproduce on ours?

Hi @Skalla-Hrafn, if you’re playing on an official server there’s no way to retrieve an undermesh thrall other than either managing to get inside the mesh to interact with it (at least until the anti-undermesh measures are enabled, as they’re currently being tested), or using the thrall recovery mechanic at the expense of its equipment. In certain situations, it might even go back to its original position after server restart, but it’s very uncommon.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer any assistance with the restoration of items or followers.
