[2019] Question for server owners - does the game have auto mod download yet?

I tried skimming through the patch notes but i didn't see anything. So figured i'd ask here in case i missed it.

Does the game have auto mod download yet? Meaning when connecting to a private server the game auto downloads the mods it has.
