[2020] Steel Truncheon, 1 hit knockout since the patch?

I went out to gather some thralls tonight and took along my steel truncheon with advanced blunt fitting. Normally it'll take out exile 1 and 2s in one hit, and most other thralls of lvl 1 and 2 in one or two hits. However, tonight it was knocking out everyone even named thralls in one hit, every single thrall only took one hit.

Has this been occurring to anyone else? I wonder if yesterdays patch might have caused this? For a moment I thought maybe my server settings had been changed but when I checked all the settings were as they've been.
