You should still be able to stream Conan Outcasts as long as you have made sure Drops are enabled on your Twitch account. They should be enabled by default. On Twitch, I think the only category is Conan Exiles; there is not a separate category for Outcasts.

If you watch other Conan Exiles streams on Twitch, you should still be able to get drops, and then once the link is added to the game, you can link your account and get the rewards.

As long as you are streaming with Conan Exiles selected as the game on Twitch, and have Drops enabled on your profile, your viewers should be able to earn Conan Exiles Drops by watching your channel.

Drops should be enabled on your Twitch account by default, but you can double-check by going to your creator dashboard and check ‘Viewer Rewards’ (or ‘視聴者向け報酬’ in Japanese)

Since you’re talking about Outcasts, I am assuming you’re from Japan; this is what the creator dashboard would look like on Twitch under Japanese:

Unfortunately I do not have a reference available if you’re trying to do this from your PS4. I think it is the same, but I’m not certain, sorry. I hope that helps.

Yeah, Conan Outcasts is the title for the Japanese release of Conan Exiles, and is published in partnership with Spike Chunsoft. I can’t quite remember the exact reason why the game was named as such for the Japanese release, but I think it was to avoid a copyright issue.

Hi, I have misspoke it turns out. You will need to link your account in order to be able to stream to viewers and let them earn drops. You can still earn drops yourself before you link your account however.
