Hey all, the US servers that were affected by the lightning strike are still being worked on. We apologize this is taking longer than predicted but it's being worked on as quickly as possible. We'll update when we have more on this. Thank you again so much for your patience!

Update regarding the US server outage: G-Portal informed us that all backend systems are up and running. Work is still being done to resolve the aftermath of the lightning strike, so servers will come up once they're in working conditions.
@TheHolyLemon Sadly still affected too. Apologies for the inconvenience.
@TheHolyLemon 1942 is one of the affected servers. There should be no data loss.

Hey everybody, Quick status update: Our partners at G-Portal are still investigating and working to get all US servers affected by last night's lightning strike up and running again. They still have no ETA, but they're working against the clock to make it ASAP.
Hey Exiles, it appears some US servers are offline due to lightning striking a part of the data center. Seriously.
It's shut down for repairs but the current estimated time until they're back up is another 2-3 hours.

@MajesticTtr Server 3833 is located in LA and shares the timezone of that region. If your timezone doesn't match, there can be a mismatch between your time and the one the server is running.
