◆ Critical Bug Fixes and Improvements
- The maximum stack number of World Heritages has been changed from 100 to 1. Stacks of World Heritages in your inventory or chests will be reduced to 1, and the excess items will disappear.
We made this change to fix a serious bug that allowed multiple World Heritages to progress simultaneously.
- The bug that client players couldn't play in Multiplayer when the world of host player had islands with fairly long names has been reduced.
(If the name of an island is too long, it'll be replaced with the name of "Error" on the screen of client players.)
◆ Newly Added Content
- The difficulty setting has been added.
You can change the difficulty setting anytime you want. This setting affects the maximum life of enemies and the damage dealt with players. However, the maximum life of enemies will be set when the enemy spawns. The change of the difficulty setting can't change that.
- Planting Tree is now available as a new content.
If you place a "Tree Seedling" and pour a "Nutrient Supplement" on it, it will grow into a tree. You can plant as many trees as you want from this patch.
- "Stone Bedrock Restoration is now available as a new content.
When you mine all the available resources from a bedrock, an exhausted bedrock will appear. If you place an "Artificial Bedrock of Stone" and pour an "Uplifting Supplement" on it, it will generate a stone bedrock.
Please note that all the destroyed bedrocks will be transformed into exhausted bedrocks with this patch. This may mess up your buildings around it.
And you can only restore Stone Bedrock in this patch. Please wait for the future update to restore other bedrocks!"
- As a Lunar New Year event, enemies associated with the zodiac sign of the year will drop "Red Envelope" during February at UTC. This year, it's the Cow.
- The biome BGM has been added to the island of Poisonous Swamp.
- The new map "Snowy Mountain" has been added. Mobs such as White Bears and Penguins live there. Besides them, the new field boss "Fenrir" is waiting for you. Some areas contain slippery icy floor or Snowball from that you can obtain "Snow". Enjoy the winter feel!
- The new accessory "Amulet of Versatility Lv1" has been added. This amulet grants you resistance against Heat, Cold, Poison.
- The new weapon type "Spear" has been added.
[About Spear]
• This weapon type is characterized by its attack range and mighty throwing spear.
• If your Final Thrust hits an enemy, it will grant you a Throwing Spear buff. This buff will stack up to 3.
• If you throw a spear while Throwing Spear buffs are stacked, Throwing Spear will deal enhanced damage.
• You can equip a spear and a shield at the same time though, you can't hold a shield to block while you're attacking with a spear.
• You cannot dual-wield with spears.

• LMB: Thrust1 => Thrust2 => Thrust3 => Final Thrust
• Hold LMB: Throwing Spear
• LMB midair: Jumping Throwing Spear
• LMB while running: Charge
• RMB while Thrust or Charge: Change Direction to Kick
Note that LMB means Left Click, and RMB means Right Click.
- The new equipment "Mechanic Cargo" has been added.
- The new buildings "High-Speed Conveyor Belt", "High-Speed Conveyor Belt (45 degrees upward)", "High-Speed Conveyor Belt (45 degrees downward)" have been added. These conveyor belts can transfer items faster than previous conveyor belts.
- The new building "Cloud Storage" has been added. Items stored in this special storage can be accessed from other Cloud Storages as well.
- The new building "Furniture Workbench" has been added to increase the efficiency of workbenches. You can only craft furniture and decorative building materials on this workbench. Please note that furniture will not be craftable in "Workbench".
- The new building "Dashboard" has been added. If you deploy these boards onto the commuting paths, they will transfer you much faster than before. Available in the Innovative Age of Fire.
- The new buildings "Machine Factory" and "Skilled Machine Factory" have been added. You can craft the high-technology materials and the vehicles that require complicated processes in these buildings.
- Some vehicles are only available at "Machine Factory" to craft.
- The new vehicle "Tank" has been added.
This vehicle requires you lots of materials and complicated processes to craft; however, it has unique mechanics to play. The required materials can be obtained from the gigantic boss, the treasure box in the dungeons, or the mine.
- The new equipment "Tank Ammunition" has been added. Different ammunitions have different effects. Each time you fire with a tank, equipped ammunition will be consumed.
- Many new items required to craft Tank and Tank Ammunition have been added. Some items are only used to craft Tank, but other items can be used as intermediate materials to craft other items.
- The new consumable "Poison Resistance Potion" has been added. This potion will grant you Poison Resistance for a period of time.
- The new consumable "Freeze Resistance Potion" has been added. This potion will grant you Freeze Resistance for a period of time. You can craft this with the new item "Snow Mint" that you can find in Snowy Mountain.
- The new item "Firecracker" has been added.
- The new enchantment effects, Magical Critical Chance and Magical Critical Damage Rate, have been added.
The default statuses of them are: Magical Critical Chance is 10%; Magical Critical Damage Rate is 110%.
- The new building "Wad of Banknotes" has been added. The maximum amount of gold you can deposit into banks will be increased when this building is deployed. You can craft this building after the Innovative Age of Fire.
- The building materials "Steel Wall", "Steel Pillar", "Wire Mesh Wall", and "Wire Mesh Pillar" have been added. These can be crafted with the materials from Abandoned Mine.
- A series of chic furniture has been added. This will help you have a better life.
- A series of oriental furniture and a series of lanterns have been added to celebrate the Lunar New Year.
- The new walls "Wooden Glass Frame Wall" and "Wooden Glass Wall" have been added. These walls are not considered as window frames, but walls. Glass window frames have been under development; please wait for it!
- The new building materials "Snow Wall", "Snow Slope", and "Snow Floor" have been added. They are weak against Fire damage, be careful!
- The new building materials "Ice Wall", "Ice Slope", and "Ice Floor" have been added. You might be able to build something special with their slipperiness. It's better not to place them around a fire!
- The new building materials "Wooden Glass Frame Floor", "Wooden Glass Floor", "Wooden Glass Frame Slope", "Wooden Glass Slope" have been added. A transparent house is not just a dream now!
- The new placeables "Snowman", "Gentle Snowman", "Snow Penguin", "Snow Rabbit", "Igloo", "Snow Statue of Mono", "Ice Statue of Mono" have been added. Note that they are weak against Fire damage.
- Anubis appearing in Hell will drop the enchantments made for those who want to have more challenging experiences.
- New actions and drop items have been added to high-level Ancient Golems.
- The new boss "Fleur" has been added to dungeons. You can obtain new items when you defeat them.
- The new boss "Tyrant Snake" has been added. They will appear in dungeons or Poisonous Swamp. And Bone Dragons that used to appear in Poisonous Swamp have been replaced with Tyrant Snakes.
- The unique weapons and accessories that you can obtain from new bosses have been added.
• "Blue Rose Edge" and "Frost Rose Edge" can be crafted with Fenrir's materials. "Ice Crystal of Fenrir" will be dropped by Fenrir when you meet the specific condition.
• "Flower Staff" and "Flower Staff of Spirit Queen" can be crafted with Fleur's materials.
• "Poisonous Spear Naga" and "Boa Spear Nagaraja" can be crafted with Tyrant Snake's materials.
- The new mission "Unlock an island of level 5 to visit the Hell island!" has been added.
- The new enchantments related to Magical Critical Damage and Magical Critical Chance have been added.
These enchantments can be obtained from the monster staying up late, or the monster of noble blood, or treasure boxes.
- The new dungeon "Abandoned Mine" has been added. You can mine new mineral items in this dungeon.
- The skill "Judgement Shot" has been added. This AoE skill fires an arrow that shoots lightning strikes to the surrounding enemies.
- The skill "Ball Lightning" has been added. This magical skill summons Lightning Fairy to deal damage to enemies around. If you give them a command, they might follow it.
- The skill "Multiway Shot" has been added. This skill is recommended for an archer and shoots multiple arrows to a fan shape.
- The skill "Rapid Fire" has been added. This skill is also recommended for an archer and rapidly shoots three arrows in a row.
- The skill "Sacrifice Dinner" has been added. This Life skill sacrifices a pet to restore your Life, Mana, and Satiety Point. There will be a chance to obtain drop items of a pet, but you can't gain EXP.
- The skill "Multi Deployment" has been added. You can roughly place multiple buildings in a row with this skill.
- The skill "Fasting" has been added. When you use this skill, it will give you a buff that increases MATK and enhances Magical Critical from sunrise to sunset. When you consume something to eat or drink or the sun sets, the buff effect will be deactivated.
- The skill "Martial Arts: Head" has been added. This skill will strengthen you when you're not equipped with head equipment.
- The skill "Martial Arts: Body" has been added. This skill will strengthen you when you're not equipped with body equipment.
- The skill "Gathering Life" has been added. This skill increases the amount of EXP you gain from gathering items. It'll be a bit easier to reach higher levels without combat.
- The skill "Sneak Attack" has been added. This skill increases your movement speed and damage from melee attacks while you're in the state of Stealth. Enemies may be afraid of attacks from the shadow.
- The skill "Skilled Repairer" has been added. This skill decreases the chance of losing the maximum durability of the item you repair. It could be helpful when you are outside of your base with broken weapons.
- The skill "Life Siphon" has been added. This skill will grant you the buff that increases your MATK but consumes your Life every time you use magic skills. You can use this skill again to deactivate the buff.
- The skill "Mantra" has been added. This skill will grant you the buff that increases your maximum Mana and mana regeneration but decreases your maximum Life for a period of time.
- You can rotate the character displayed in the inventory. This feature is not available for the controller yet.
- You can choose the setting of Anti-alias from Off, FXAA(Fast), TAA(High Quality). The default setting is FXAA(Fast).
- You can directly deliver items to Picture Book via item multiple selections.
- The functions to adjust Scales, Position of Head Equipment, Switching Shader, Spring Bone Rigidbody of VRoid have been added.
- You can choose to show accessories and a quiver or not when you use VRoid from this patch.
◆ Balance Adjustments
- The angle of the first attack of the Two-handed sword has been modified a little. This will make it a bit easier to hit the enemy in front.
- The damage of charge and attack of Two-handed swords have been nerfed.
- The resistant levels of "Light Armors" and "Plain Clothes" have been set to 0. Along with this change, we added equipment skills to some equipment and buffed some equipment stats.
- The attack speed stats have been added to the equipment. Some equipment that seems to be lightweight or easy to swing has faster attack speed, but some heavy and durable equipment may have slower attack speed.
- The rank of the item "Bank" has been adjusted.
- Players will be invulnerable from damage and undetectable from enemies for a few seconds after starting a game or moving to another island from this patch.
- The shaders used for some models have been changed.
- The behavior of Anubis appearing in Hell has been adjusted.
- When you enter a dungeon while Dragons are chasing you, Dragons will return to their spawning points to sleep from this patch.
- The landing behavior of Dragons has been improved. They will less likely try to land midair.
- Lizard Executioner won't attack players right after players enter a room from this patch.
- The attack speed of Griffon has been decreased.
- Lizardmen's player tracking behavior has been adjusted.
- The behaviors of Skeleton have been adjusted.
- Skeleton will not spawn from defeated NPC around Talisman Flag from this patch.
- The end condition of returning to enemies' territories has been improved. Enemies now return to the place slightly closer to the spawning point than the midpoint of the territory radius and spawn radius.
- The flying behaviors have been greatly improved. The minimum heights have been separately set to each mob; therefore, they will less likely fly so low as the ground surface.
- The landing behavior of Black-tailed Gulls has been improved. They will glide diagonally to the ground instead of landing vertically. They will less likely land on the water.
- They will be walking instead of running when they're returning to their territory. However, they will run when they find themselves in the water. (There're a few exceptions, though.)
- Some enemies such as Cows will not return to their territory while they're on certain actions.
- Giant Tortoises will not attack players until they get attacked.
- Livestock production data of some mobs have been changed. Mobs will produce more suitable items for their appearance from this patch.
- The motion of the skill Storm Arrow has been quickened. The time required until the skill deals damage has been reduced, and you'll have a fewer gaps while casting this skill.
- The Tier of the Skill "Great Archer" has been changed from 2 to 1.
- The length of immobile frames of the skill "Runic Barrage" has been reduced.
- The length of immobile frames of the skill "Wind Edge" has been reduced.
- The skill "Taunt" will grant you DEF by the ratio instead of the value. The maximum level of this skill has been changed. (1 => 6)
- The skill "Magical Quiver" has been reworked. Once you cast this skill, your basic bow attack will shoot a Magic Arrow, and bow skills deal enhanced damage for a period of time. Besides this change, its category and its Tier have been changed. (Trick Tier 3 => Magic Tier 2)
- The Tier of the skill "Magnum Shot" has been changed from 4 to 5.
- The bonus ATK of the skill "Battle Hymn" has been nerfed.
- The damage of "Magnum Shot" has been slightly nerfed.
- The bug that some VRoid models of a certain height sank into the water has been fixed.
◆ Functional Improvements
- The motions of a running player have been fixed.
- The in-game time will be saved from this patch, and the game will start from the saved in-game time.
- The gap between the camera and the position of a shot arrow has been reduced by removing offsets from the aiming camera.
- Needle and Poisonous Needle have been consumable due to the bug; therefore, we changed them to edible items. Eating them is not recommended, though.
- The names of items have been changed: Statue of Anubis => Moving Statue of Anubis; Taxidermy of Adjudicator => Moving Statue of Adjudicator.
- The Rotating Saw you fail to deploy due to the maximum number of units will be a dropped item.
- The appearance of Bucket has been changed.
- The names of some buildings and equipment have been changed: "Stone Workbench" => "Workbench"; "Copper Blacksmith" => "Blacksmith"; "Stone Campfire" => "Campfire"; "Stone Glider" => "Glider"; "Titanium Drying Rack" => "Drying Rack".
- The icon of Bucket has been changed.
- The sound effects have been added to "Campfires" and "Torches".
- "Charcoal" is now available to craft at "Skilled Furnace".
- When you obtain an item that you used to register onto a hotkey, the item will be automatically registered onto the same hotkey.
- The appearances of Wall, Floor and Tilted Floor have been adjusted along with the change of a shader. Objects will cast shadows onto floors from this patch.
- Mouse sensitivity for aiming will be applied to Magnum Shot and Storm Arrow from this patch.
- Jump motions have been fixed.
- You will not hold on to tree leaves while flying on the glider.
- Sub weapons such as one-handed Torch will not be displayed while flying on the glider.
- The popup will say, "It's not the time to change equipment!" when you try to change equipment while you're attacking or knocked up.
- The flying motions with Griffon Wings have been fixed.
- The effect has been added to some attack actions of high-level Griffon.
- The appearances of Ancient Golem and Messenger of the Underworld will be different when they're high-level. And the basic appearance of Messenger of the Underworld has been changed.
- The appearance of Dragon will be different when they're high-level.
- Enemies will show "!" when they find players, show "?" when they lose sight of players.
- The appearances of Peko and Orc Warrior will be different when they're high-level. And the basic appearance of Orc Warrior has been changed.
- The appearance of Shaking Root will be different when they're high-level.
- Non-violent mobs will show "Anger Mark" when they go violent. (e.g., Camels get hit by players.)
- The enemy header will be displayed above enemies' heads.
- Many new missions have been added.
- Players will not be knocked back when the sword generated from Unlimited Fake Blade gets broken.
- The visual effects of healing have been added to Heal and Arch Heal.
- The description of the skill "Structural Mechanics" has been changed. The materials of Rank 8 or higher cannot be obtained with this skill.
- The percentage cost of some skills will be displayed in the item detail screen.
- The descriptions of the skills "Native Alchemy" and "Fresh Alchemy" were modified. We added, "If it fails, items will be converted to Sand."
- Sound effects have been added to some skills such as "Heal", "Berserk", and "Taunt".
- When you aim while using bow skills, the camera will move as same as the aiming mode of regular bows. This change will make it easier to aim with bow skills.
- The display of weapon types that you can cast active skills has been improved.
- The descriptions of the skills "Gather's Frenzy", "Sense of Lumberjack", and "Sense of Miner" have been changed. These skills will have effects only on natural woods and stones.
- The appearance of the icon of "Mana Siphon" has been changed along with the addition of the skill "Life Siphon".
- You can pin on the map with a controller from this patch.
- Each island has the default name now.
- The chest logs will fade out over time.
- You can register the same item on the different pages of Hotkey.
- The retrieving time of vehicles has been decreased.
- The head of the character will be zoomed while you're adjusting the position of the head equipment of VRoid to make it easier to adjust.
◆ Performance Improvements
- The performance of Sprinklers has been improved. The game will be less laggy even though there are lots of Sprinklers.
- The performance(processing load and memories) of drawing dungeons has been improved.
- The shader used for some objects has been changed.
- The performances related to buildings, items, and the physics of mobs have been improved. The game will be less laggy when lots of mobs exist in the world.
◆ Bug Fixes
- The condition which you can gain EXP has been changed as below.
Old: "The player who deals killing blow gains EXP."
New: "The player gains EXP when the enemies that the player has attacked dies."
This change allows you to gain EXP when you use Poison or Hellfire damage to kill enemies.
- The bug that the probability of dropping Wirbelwind I was set to 0 has been fixed.
- The bug that you couldn't use Branch Arrow with bows has been fixed.
- The bug that you could continuously shoot arrows even though you ran out of arrows has been fixed.
- The bug that Repair Hammer dealt damage to buildings when you jump slashed with Repair Hammer has been fixed.
- The bug related to the damage calculation of Pickaxes has been fixed.
- The damage of Dual Wield's rush attack has been slightly buffed.
- The bug that you couldn't shoot an arrow after you picked up a shot arrow has been fixed.
- The bug that the damage against Heated Mineral wasn't decreased when you used other tools than pickaxes has been fixed.
- The bug that the model of the weapon remained when they were broken has been fixed.
- The bug that the number of required items to craft Futomaki and Canon (45 degrees) were set to 0 has been fixed.
- The light source has been removed from accessories.
- The bug that meaningless numbers were shown in the item drop places section of the item detail screen has been fixed.
- The bug that the collider of Automatic Furnace was active before you deploy it has been fixed.
- The bug that the display of "Equipped" remained after you unequipped the two-handed weapon has been fixed.
- The bug that Logs didn't disappear in Multiplayer when a host player's drones retrieve Logs has been fixed.
- The bug that the position of Fillet Machines was slightly moved after deployment has been fixed.
- The bug that the positions of deployed buildings were moved after loading has been fixed.
- The Rotating Saws will not be affected by the weird physics related to the walls.
- The bug that the name of Explosive Barrel was wrongly displayed has been fixed.
- The bug related to the collider of "Well" has been fixed. This change will stop the modules attached to "Well" from sliding down; however, "Well" itself will be slightly sunk into the ground due to the change of the collider.
- The bug that Livestock Farm could be placed over other buildings because of the collider setting has been fixed.
- The buff icon of Sin Potion has been added.
- The bug that Craft Connector didn't work under the specific conditions has been fixed.
- The bug that you couldn't hold on to a shallow wall has been fixed.
- The timing of evasion canceling during Dodge Action has been fixed.
- The bug that players slightly moved when they changed their motions from walking to idling has been fixed.
- The bug that the motion of hanging glider was not played when you were equipped with a Two-handed Torch or a Fishing Rod has been fixed.
- The bug that a player slightly moved towards when they tried starting an idle motion after a sprinting motion has been fixed. The shakiness of the motion has been reduced.
- The bug that a player character shook when they diagonally moved while holding an arrow or a shield has been fixed.
- The bug that a player character moved in the wrong direction when they moved towards the opposite direction while holding an arrow or a shield has been fixed.
- The bug that a player character moved in the slightly wrong direction when they moved towards the opposite direction while walking or running has been fixed.
- The bug that a player character slightly moved when you used a Potion or planted seeds has been fixed.
- The bug that a player character kept falling when you tried to land on a small gap between two chests has been fixed. We made the landing collider of a player character slightly bigger with this change.
- We improved the wall detection of a player character; therefore, a player character will be less likely to recognize a small stone as the wall mistakably.
- The bug that your attack triggered the status effect on the other players in Multiplayer has been fixed.
- The bug that you couldn't control vehicles when you returned to Craftopia after the screen of Craftopia became inactive has been fixed.
- The bug that a player slightly moved backwards when they jumped right after closing the inventory has been fixed.
- The speed of camera movement when a player character starts holding a shield has been adjusted.
- The bug that King Mono, which fell into the water, stayed in the water has been fixed.
- The bug that Dragon kept attacking their surroundings even though players were at the higher places has been fixed.
- Dragons became able to destroy low ranks trees and rocks from this patch because they used to be stuck between those objects.
- The bug that Lizard Executioner sank into the ground has been fixed.
- The bug that the attack signs of some bosses were displayed at the wrong positions has been fixed.
- The setting of Griffon's damage to buildings has been fixed.
- Some attacking behaviors of Bone Dragon have been adjusted.
- The issue that Lizardmen walked between the two walls built above and below has been fixed.
- The bug that the attack counts of Wolf and Lonewolf were set to a smaller number than we planned has been fixed.
- The walking motions and the timings of attack collision detection of Wolf and Lonewolf have been improved.
- The bug that enemies kept walking towards walls has been relieved. And the probability of occurrence of this bug has been reduced.
- The bug that Conveyor Belts couldn't carry big Skeletons of high levels has been fixed.
- The bug that Conveyor Belts couldn't carry big Elephants and Giraffes has been fixed.
- The bug that Boars and Buffaloes stayed in the water to death has been fixed.
- The bug that some enemies such as Goblins or Skeletons attacked players even though they were born under the state of Charm has been fixed.
- The bug that enemies went through walls when you defeat them with attacks with knockback effect has been fixed.
- The bug that Villager Man 1 and Villager Man 6 didn't appear has been fixed.
- The bug that the Hellfire effect remained when the enemy under the effect died has been fixed.
- The bug that the swimming effects remained after you captured swimming Alligator Turtle has been fixed.
- The bug that the status effect remained when the enemy under the effect died has been fixed.
- The bug that Lizard Gunner got stuck in a wall while they were performing a jumping attack has been reduced.
- The bug that you couldn't achieve Sub Missions even though you already met the required conditions has been fixed.
- The position of the object in "Speeding Trial: Accelerated" has been fixed.
- The bug that the map progress reverted to the state of the very previous save when you cleared a dungeon has been fixed.
- The bug that the probability of enchanting to Magical Stone wasn't equal amongst different enchantments has been fixed.
- The visual effect of the Skill "Storm Arrow" has been partially changed.
- The bug that a player character kept holding an arrow after shooting three times with the skill Storm Arrow has been fixed.
- The bug that the direction of arrows of the skill Storm Arrow was affected by the direction a player character faced has been fixed.
- The bug that the skill "Storm Arrow" only dealt 20% damage of initial settings has been fixed. We slightly buffed the amount of damage this skill deals as well.
- The bug that enemies completely stopped moving when you used multiple "Time Lock" on them has been fixed.
- The bug that skill's cooldown reduction rates weren't applied to equipment skills has been fixed.
- The bug that you unexpectedly deployed a building when you cast Alchemy skills while equipping a building item has been fixed.
- The bug that the items were converted into Sand when you cast Alchemy skills in Multiplayer has been fixed.
- The bug that the effect of the skill "Taunt" continued longer than its effective duration has been fixed.
- The bug that the effect of the skill "Counter" was activated when you blocked an attack at the right moment even though you didn't learn the skill has been fixed.
- The bug that the parameters of some skill were displayed up to level 6 even though the skill's maximum level was 1 has been fixed.
- The bug that the visual effects of some skills were duplicated has been fixed.
- The bug that you could shoot Lightning Bolt and Frost Mine in the water has been fixed.
- The bug that Esc Menu might not be opened sometimes has been fixed.
- The bug that equipment wasn't unequipped even though you put them into Market has been fixed.
- The bug that the items in chests and Market weren't saved when you quitted the game with the chests and Market open has been fixed.

- The bug that the position of the pins on the map was wrongly reset when you changed the resolution of the game screen has been fixed.
- Some colliders of Poisonous Swamp have been adjusted.
- The bug that the chat display overlapped with the player display when you played Multiplayer with 6 or more players has been fixed.
- The bug that the progress of exploration on the map was not synchronized between a host player and guest players has been fixed.
- The bug that the VRoidHub button wasn't shown if the network uses IPv6 prior to IPv4 has been fixed.
- The bug that the display of VRoid was remained shown in the character selection screen right after you log out from VRoidHub has been fixed.
- The bug that the position of a quiver was not right when you used VRoid has been fixed.
