I don't find anything super game-breaking about Crucible, especially since it just released. Voice chat and text chat seem to be something they could add in very soon. The only complaints I have are with the movement speed, as it can be quite slow, and the weapons, which don't have much feel to them. This game has been very fun for me and I just want to know what everyone's thoughts.
