Guys, this skin is really nice... I mean it really looks cool and makes me feel like your art team has a LOT more to deliver down the road...

But here's the problem, when the game is in the spot it currently is and your store has already set a precedent for prices and discounting when featured, releasing a brand new skin at a higher price really makes a bad impression. $10 skins being normalized at this "pre-release" stage with a struggling playerbase - then dropping, an albeit gorgeous, $15 skins looks bad to the few loyal players sticking with this game.

Not necessarily asking for you to immediately drop the price or give us free credits, since the pre-season pass is already fairly generous... but it's just a bad PR look at a time when you can't risk further disenfranchising your loyal players.

What's a solution to this? Mark this skin differently so it's a one-off "special" skin that's more expensive, perhaps... but then don't release more at this price until things are healthier? Drop the price when it's featured alongside other skins to be in-line with the normalized sales? Hell, if this skin was 975 on sale and didn't have the 'sports-themed' skin bundled with it, I don't think there'd be any complaint since it really is a nice skin and heavily changes Earl's appearance over his other skins.

Just a thought - I've seen the backlash from other new games that make moves that appear "greedy" in their early stages and really want your team and your game to succeed.

Thanks for letting us know your concern! Currently, skins fall into 3 tiers, which cost 500, 1000, and 1500 credits depending on the tier. Each tier should have additional changes to the character to make it more unique.
