@Rar_Toto Hi, we've done some additional work with Steam today and this should be cleared up.

We recently resolved an issue with refunding Crucible in-game purchases. You should now be able to request refunds from Steam for all Crucible purchases. Here’s how you can request a refund from Steam Support: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=6695-QIKM-7966 Let us know if you experience any issues.
