Just had a game where 2 people on my team spammed surrender 6 times or so until the end of the game. They spent more time voting then playing.
If you give people an option like this the stupid people will abuse it into oblivion.

External link →Thanks for the feedback! We had a surrender option highly requested by the community, but hear your concerns. We'll be making some changes to the timing of the surrender option in an upcoming patch.
