[2020] Change the way Pods are Launched at beginning of match.

1. Why is there no voice saying "you will be selected a place to drop for the team?"

2. Why is there not a voice saying suggest where team should drop?

3. Why is not just a vote system so you can drop at the same time as the other team who understands how it works and starts the match earlier than you by 20 secs and takes full advantage of the amp? You are being held hostage by the drop leader who is sometimes AFK.

4. Why can you not drop where you want and need someone to drop for you? Hostage crisis!!!!

In general this system is very frustrating and needs to be reworked.
