[2020] MED KIT Bug ?

Hi ! This is a my first post and I'm Japanese Hunter , so please forgive me for poor my English...

I found a bug of MED KIT. If Hunters are damaged the moment they finish using MED KIT, MED KIT loses its effectiveness. Please see my video for details.

I'm sorry if this bug has already appeared.

I hope Crucible develops further !!!
