[2020] Ability information & in game damage numbers

I find it hard to understand how much each ability does, what's the cooldown etc, when navigating the menus. In game, I find it hard to know what I'm doing without any damage numbers.
Do you think it would be valuable to add more information to either the menus or gameplay?
