@SenpaiFestive Greetings! The hope is to be able to add it to the base game later this year. As soon as the main playability issues on the Console Edition are resolved, the Devs will turn their attention to the Custom Ruler feature.

@flaco2shiesty Hello! The Ruler Designer feature 'is' coming to consoles, but the Dev team is currently focused on resolving the main playability issues first. As soon as that is done you can be sure custom rulers will become the #1 priority!
