@HebbacheBadro We apologize that you're experiencing this issue, but it's not one we've had reports of from anyone else. It seems the issue is from Microsoft's side, we would advise that your best course of action would be contact Microsoft customer support.

@JavierGV1477 Things to check: Make sure you've purchased it, that you have room for it on your HDD,and that you have the base game. If you still don't see Northern Lords content when you start a new game (e.g. viking beards and clothing options), then you should contact Playstation support.

@DocBrisbane A quick way to check if you have Northern Lords content would be to play as any Norse ruler, click on your coat of arms, then 'Open Legacies'. You should see Adventure and Pillage at the top of your legacies. If not, your best course of action is to contact Playstation support.
