@MernaghJnr Greetings! Every piece of content that the PC edition has needs to first be ported over to console, so everything was not available upon the release of the base game on consoles. The first DLC, Northern Lords should come to Consoles in November though!

@astroh_im Good Day! The development of the PC and Console versions is not related as their development is handled by two different teams. There is a big update coming to Consoles in November however. It will include Ruler Designer and Northern Lords will be released at the same time.
