PC players also had to wait for new content to be developed after the initial release of the game. The console Dev team is working on resolving any issues and new content will be next on the list. 1/2

@amos02jackson Greetings! Yes! The Console Edition will be updated with these additional features just as soon as the porting team finishes developing them. Currently they are working on resolving the biggest playability issues, but the Custom Ruler feature is next on their list to be sure!
