0.7.1 Upgrade Materials

Tomorrow (Tuesday May 7th) at 2pm PT, Slayers who had gear levels unexpectedly lowered in Patch OB 0.7.1 will have Orbs, Arcstone (Dull and Shining), and Rams added to their accounts. The number of materials you receive will be based on your pre-Path progress, so no need to worry if you've already upgraded some gear. Dauntless will NOT be down during this time.

No ETA as this feature is still being actively discussed and prioritized. We're still keen on improving the value and want to make sure we can deliver what is currently on the roadmap before we add more.

Ah, pets!
This is a super exciting topic and there are so many places we could take this kind of feature. We've had some recent internal conversation about how we might do some version of "pets" that align with our future plans, but right now they are just high level ideas and not ready for broader consumption.

There are still some details we are trying to iron out, and it's actually a more complicated thing to explain than it might seem, but the goal is to let you build out loadouts and easily select them in the Loadout menu.

It's a great question - My goal there is to make it so you could have a cell slotted in an axe in one saved loadout, but also have it slotted in greaves in another saved loadout. A complete instance of your gear state.

The inspect menu had some serious issues that were causing problems as we push to console, and had to go into retirement to be rebuilt. We know it's a useful feature, and hope to have it back in action before long.
