[2019] Death's Head Bundle...one month later...

So it's been a month since I purchased the Death's Head Bundle and I'm still missing the banner sigil. Support keeps redirecting me to EPIC support, who in turn redirects me back to Phoenix Labs support...I just want what I purchased or a refund, but neither side seem like they have a clue what they are doing.
