I don't know if it was a mistake or if you guys are trying to be smart asses but some of the Dyes i already own are being offered to me to buy again like the Bloodlust Dye that is on the Hunters Pass and some of the packs that contain some of the colors that i already own are being sold to me at full price.

The answer is, no we don't expect you to purchase those dye bundles to get 1 of 3 colours -- and you shouldn't be able to see those. You will automatically be granted the missing dye form the bundle, but the service is currently down to allow us to do this.
As for the Hunt Pass, if you own the dye you will get 25 plat instead! The visual switching didn't get into this Hunt Pass, but will be more clear in the next :}
