[2019] Disabled player here, can we have auto run and tap to interact as an option?

I have heart problems and it's difficult to hold w or any button for more than few seconds at a time. I can fight fine by clicking a lot but holding buttons which uses my left hand is difficult. I hope that even though you won't benefit from these options you will still help me get the devs to see this. This game seems so fun but it's difficult for the time being. Thank you guys.

Edit: a sprint by default option would be nice as well.

Edit 2: also would be nice to add an option to click once to continuously attack (toggle to attack), just press left or right click once to continuously attack and resets once you evade or do a special attack or press left or right click again; continuously click to attack (click to attack); and a (hold to attack) option.
