[2020] Toggle On/Off for Random Arrival Emotes

i've been thinking about buying some cool arrivals from the store but the only reason to have multiple arrivals that you like is if you use the "Random" arrival option. the option, however, includes emotes that i don't like (some hunt pass ones) and this is literally the only reason i haven't bought any yet. i think being able to toggle on/off which arrival emotes you want in the random pool would be a neat feature to have in the game. it would certainly make me spend some platinum.
