So I'm playing the 10-50 Umbral, and right as Thrax is slayed I get a pop up saying disconnected while heading to Ramsgate. I never even got the end of escalation stats. I go to launch and there's an update. I do the update and go to launch again, and now it says down for maintenance. I really hope that escalation round counted and I get the drops from it and all. Any of you have my luck just now?

Functionally what's happening here is that we start the load back to Ramsgate and then the game disconnects because it sees there is a new version of the game.
We do it this way so that any players who are on their hunts can finish them and disconnect afterwards rather than getting booted mid-hunt or something like that.
We always communicate the date and time of the patches at least a day in advance through Facebook/Twitter/Reddit/etc and generally try to keep them consistent but that being said, we are working to figure out a way to source that information in the game a bit better.
