[2019] Why was all my equipment de-leveled?

Almost all of my Maelstrom gear has dropped down to level 6. It seems like PHXL screwed up combining gear.

If you had a Gnashaxe and a +10 Ragecleaver, you now have a +10 Raging Bite with the potential to raise it to +15.

Unfortunately, I now have +6 versions of everything. Only Behemoths that only existed in the Maelstrom were correctly converted to +10.
