[2019] Patrol queues?

I am currently unable to do specific patrols. But not only am I unable to do them, each time I try and queue for one it makes me sit through a 8 min wait and then nothing happens. Then it kicks you out of the queue. Try again? Same thing.

To make things worse you cannot even leave the queue once you are in it. Of course if you are in a party you can leave party and invite your friends to the new party and re-queue, but if you are by yourself you are screwed and either have to wait for the timer to end or leave the game and wait through a login queue...

Private hunts seem to be the only way to do the patrols and even that takes a minute or two for a queue to pop. It’s a private hunt, why would I even need to wait in a queue to play privately?

Not sure if anyone else seems to be having these same issues or not, but I would easily assume I’m not the only one.
