i was sh*tting for maybe 10 minutes and the game dced me with the message "to long away from controller" but just now i was on a hunt and there was an afk and he didnt move for the whole hunt which took 22 minutes (prolly went afk after he queued in ramsgate so u can add a couple of minutes) and he didnt got deced? why???

This. Also some of the afk reports we investigate show players are not communicating and gathering etc. So a solution needs to also include incentives to communicate and gather on the behemoth.
